Bagasse clamshell products are a great alternative to styrofoam, polypropylene and paper. Bagasse is a byproduct of sugarcane and is sustainable. After the sugar is harvested from the stalk, we use the sugarcane stalks combined with bamboo to produce our foodservice products.
